The birds sweetly chirping outside are in agreement, and it again reminds me how interconnected we all are. If the weather isn't perfect, what do I do for inspiration? Well, there's caffeine -- oh, no, that's really for survival. How about aromatherapy? A little sniff of essential oil of lemon, orange, lavender or other favorite will lift me out of the doldrums every time.
